warm chicken salad

how to make it
Pan fry the breast fillet (with a sprinkling of seasoning) while you're chopping up the rest of the stuff into a bowl.
When the chicken is ready, cut it into chunks and add it straight onto the salad. Drizzle the oil, add about a spoonful of the chutney, mix, and serve.
Probably any chutney would serve just as well - this just happens to be the one I've got at the moment.
